How to overcome it?

Guys fomo is probably one of the easiest thing to overcome. you only have to understand a few things to get rid of it.

First, THE MARKETS ARE NOT GOING AWAY. Stop thinking that the market will leave tomorrow and that you need to make money right now. The fastest way to make money is by being patient. If you force it, it will evade you.

Second, a lot of people wanna Chase the market and act with impusle. You see a big fluctuation in price and you want to chase it. Dont. the second you start thinking that way, you are feeding your brain dopamine. To fix that, you need to work with a Model check-list. Even if you see a fluctuation in price, you cant let that take control of you. you act based on your rules. If this happen I do this. Always with the If then process.

And last, a good thing to do to overcome basicly anything with your psychology, repeat affirmations in the mirror every single day. When I had issues with fomo, I just said to myself around 50 times a day that The markets were never gonna leave. Overtime, your brain actually starts to belive that. It starts to belive that what your saying is true and it starts acting that way.
